ABOUT DOUBLE J HVAC
Jesus First. Quality Guaranteed.
My name is Jared DeVries, and in 2026 my family and I relocated to Spokane County. I felt led by God to come here and begin the next chapter of my life, leaving behind a good career in HVAC, and feeling called to start my own company. So, with a lot of prayer and faith, Double J HVAC was born! The two J’s in Double J stand for Jesus and Jared, with Jesus always being first. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, and He will always come first in my life and in my company. So, know that with choosing Double J HVAC you will get a company that puts Christ first, will do their best work to the glory of God with integrity, and these characteristics will be put on display from the moment you call.
I have been in the HVAC industry for over 10 years, both commercial and residential. In 2018, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bellingham Technical College with an Associates in Applied Science specializing in HVAC/R. During my college years, I worked on install teams and under senior technicians to gain experience. Upon graduation, I began working as a Service Technician with the company I would be with for 8 years.
After working as a Service Technician for 3 years, I became the Residential Service Manager. I was hired for the position due to my attention to detail, customer care, and overall mechanical aptitude. I set the standard for quality of work at my previous company, and ensured every client received the same quality of work from every technician I managed. While in this role, I also held the position of Lead Technician. I was the one that would get called out when a problem couldn’t be solved by others. These situations came not only from the company I worked for, but also from outside companies and technicians. I have yet to encounter an HVAC problem that I could not solve. I welcome the challenge that new problems bring to further my knowledge and skill.
When choosing Double J HVAC, you will get a company that puts Jesus first and strives to work with integrity. I believe doing the right thing is more important than making a profit, and I will always do my best to live that out.
